What is Social Prescribing Day?

Social Prescribing Day is an annual celebration of the people,
organisations, and communities that make social prescribing
happen in their communities. Each year, we come together
to host events, share ideas, and highlight the impact of
social prescribing on the health and wellbeing of individuals
and communities. Our goal is to raise awareness of what
social prescribing is, how it works, and how it changes lives.
