Silver Arch Family Resource Centre offers community based support, information and advocacy services to individuals, families and groups in North Tipperary, with a particular focus on those who are more disadvantaged.

The services provided are as follows:

• Family & Children Services : Our services comprises of Family Support,  Parent Support& Partnership with Families – with Children in Care.
• Wellbeing Services: Our services comprise of Adult Counselling, Child & Youth Therapeutic Services, Gambling Support and Social Prescribing.
• Community Development: This service assists people to look at issues that affect their everyday lives and supports people making community connections.
• Community Families: This service offers a Parent Support Home Visiting Programme. The Home Visitor provides support and information to parents from pregnancy until their child is 3 years of age. We also offer Parent, toddler & Baby groups in various locations throughout North Tipperary
• Preschool Services: We run two community preschools in the rural areas of Portroe and Templederry. The preschools are for children between the ages of 2 years & 8 months to five years.
• Unity Youth Hub: This is a vibrant space dedicated to nurturing the potential of children and youth from diverse backgrounds. It builds a vibrant and supportive community where children can come together, learn and grow.
• Thrift Shops: We run two very successful Thrift shops in the towns of Nenagh and Newport. Stocking a marvellous selection of clothing, bric-a-brac and furniture in very good condition.
