The Health Promotion service gives guidance and support around making choices regarding being active, schools policy development, smoking, weight management, alcohol intake, rest and relaxation.  Training and support can also be provided to staff/volunteers that would like to roll-out a Basic Healthy Eating and Cooking Skills Programme with their groups.  In addition Health Promotion is currently setting up smoking cessation clinics in North Tipperary.
