You are invited to join us for an engaging and supportive group designed to help young people prepare for life as an adult.

- ✅ Building confidence and independence

Who is it for: Teens aged 16–18 years & their parents/carers
Where: CAMHS – Team 1, Meehan Building, St Lukes Hospital, Glennconner Road, Clonmel
When: MONDAY 8th December 2025 @ 10 – 2.30pm (approximately)
REGISTRATION FROM 9.15AM
Cost: Free of charge.
